According to one survey, 82% of Indians are under stress. This number has earned the reputation of being the world's most depressed nation. With all the resources to grow?There is no man in this world without mental stress. But it's also good to be healthy. Until now, psychological stress has been regarded as a link to the Western world. In the agrarian country of India, most people remained homeless for nearly two decades. But today it is regarded as one of the most stressed-out countries in the world.Conflict with life, relationships, work pressure and most importantly financial hardship have put a large number of Indians under stress. Cases of psychological stress, such as depression, anxiety and other mental disorders, are on the rise.Also, this pressure is more prevalent in young people, increasing the risk of cardiovascular diseases and high blood pressure.Mental stress goes beyond healthy limits The recent epidemic of epidemics has exacerbated these worries. This growth has given no country optimism and has put economic experts to sleep. Experts have already warned of the danger of the spread of mental illness in India. Cases of distress, such as loneliness, are being exacerbated by measures such as tension and lockdown.  According to renowned neuropsychologists, Indians have inherited the highest levels of psychological stress and anxiety. Focusing on the subject, there are few studies that are conducted today. Depending on how you accept and cope with psychological stress, the same type of mental stress can have different effects on different people. A person's age, mental maturity, financial and emotional incentives all support these stressors. The psychological stress children face may affect their development. Fear of exams, pressure to score, and comparison with other children can also affect mental development. Attention Deficit Hyper Disorder (ADHD) or Attention Deficit Disorder (ADHD) is present in most children.  It is also noted that children who enter adolescence and are under ten years of age often experience depression and anxiety. Suicidal thoughts are also worrisome, especially among adolescents who spend more time on social networking sites.

  The causes and effects of psychological stress vary with the age of the individual. Relationship difficulties are increasing in divorce cases and are recognized in most cases as the root cause of mental illness.Moreover, the number of senior citizens in India is also on the rise. Cases of mental retardation, Alzheimer's disease and inability to concentrate are also on the rise across India.Lack of awareness of the effects of mental stress and the lack of appropriate medical facilities have contributed to increasing these numbers in recent years.
